Here at Yodel, we deliver more than just parcels we deliver a great experience when it comes to your career too. Yodel is looking for a skilled and experienced Asset Protection & Audit Officer to join our Asset Protection, Audit & Process Quality team.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our asset protection strategies and operational audit programs across multiple Yodel service centres. In addition to this you will be responsible for the following:
- Implement comprehensive, site-specific asset protection plans for parcels, personnel, and property.
- Develop continuous improvement cycles to reduce risk and loss.
- Collaborate with local operational leaders to create documented asset protection initiatives.
- Analyse asset protection metrics to identify trends and focus areas for audits.
- Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct security investigations as needed, collaborating with internal departments and external agencies.
- Execute operational audits across assigned locations, focusing on thematic and data/risk-driven audits.
- Prepare reports presenting audit outcomes to local leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure all audits comply with industry standards
- Support and collaborate within a team of up to 15 colleagues.
- Contribute to business improvement, cultural change, and organisational transformation.
- Participate in building and defining the operational audit program, including cycles and reporting.
What you need to show us
You will be a collaborative team member who can also take the initiative when working independently in the field. Familiarity with Yodel's systems, policies, and procedures or experience in a similar role involving police policies and procedures is essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in auditing or investigative roles
